'Tis the Season

The TCA Big Band & VocalAires will present their annual Holiday Concert, ‘Tis the Season, Sunday, December 10 at 4:00 p.m. at the Tecumseh Center for the Arts.  Join us as we celebrate this special time of the year with festive holiday swing music.  The sounds of Glenn Miller, Bing Crosby, and Count Basie-styled holiday tunes, including Winter Wonderland; It’s the Holiday Season; Santa Baby; Good King Wenceslas; Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas; What Are You Doing New Year’s Eve?, and more will provide a toe-tapping, swinging time, sure to help you get in the spirit of the Season! 

Since the group’s inception in 2004, the TCA Big Band & VocalAires have been proud to team up with their patrons and the Tecumseh Service Club by collecting non-perishable food and personal care items at the door to be distributed locally.  If patrons would like to help by donating, they can simply bring items to the concert the day of the show.  Collection will take place in the lobby of the TCA.  All donated food and personal care items will be delivered by the Tecumseh Service Club to families in need throughout the Tecumseh, Britton-Macon, Clinton, Ridgeway, and Tipton areas in time for Christmas.

'Tis the Season, so don’t miss out on a fun afternoon of great holiday music. Tickets are priced at only $10 each, and can be purchased by calling 517-423-6617, or in person at the Box Office, 400 N. Maumee, Tecumseh, between 12 noon and 5 p.m., Tuesday thru Friday, and one hour before the show.  Patrons may also purchase tickets online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at www.theTCA.org.  Come enjoy a time-out from the hustle and bustle of the Season, courtesy of your TCA Big Band & VocalAires!
