Tickets may be ordered In Person during Box Office Hours Thursday & Friday from 12:00 pm (Noon) until 5:00 pm and 1 hour prior to show time. 400 N. Maumee St. Tecumseh, MI

Tickets may be ordered By Phone during Box Office hours and will be held at the Box Office for Will Call pick up starting 1 hour prior to show time or during normal Box Office hours. 517.423.6617

PAYMENT

​TCA accepts payment in the form of cash, checks, credit cards, and gift certificates. Payment is accepted at time of order. Gift Certificates are available for purchase at the Box Office in any amount, or online in $5.00 increments and can be used for any event. Click HERE to purchase a Gift Certificate online.

​​Tickets ordered Online may be printed at home, held at Will Call, or scanned from your phone - look for instructions in your e-mail confirmation. A fee of $2.00 per ticket applies to tickets purchased online. A fee of $5.00 per order applies to Season Ticket orders placed online. Patrons do not pay any fees for tickets purchased in person or by phone. Fees for those tickets are paid by the theater.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

​All exchanges must take place during regular box office hours, Thursday & Friday from 12:00 pm (Noon) until 5:00 pm and tickets can only be exchanged by the person whose name is on the order. Tickets cannot be exchanged at the window on the day of the performance. Returns for a full refund will only be offered for sold out performances. Refunds for account credit will only be offered for TCA performances, under extenuating circumstances and at the discretion of TCA staff. Refunds for renter organization performances cannot be issued by TCA staff, and will only be honored with approval directly from the organization.

TICKET DISCOUNTS

Youth discounts apply to patrons 17 years old and younger.
​Senior discounts apply to patrons 60 years old and older.
Military discounts apply to patrons Active Duty, Veterans, National Guard, and Reserves.
Group discounts apply to patrons who purchase 12 or more for a single TCA event. Contact the Box Office to receive $1.00 off each ticket price!*
Children three (3) years old and younger may sit on a parent or guardian's lap at no extra charge. Only one child per lap. We know that sometimes children just don’t want to sit still, so children and an adult are more than welcome to take a break in the TCA lobby if necessary.

*Note | Group discounts do not apply to performances by outside organizations that rent the TCA. These organizations set their own ticket prices and are not obligated to offer any discounted tickets. However, if they do offer discounts, the TCA definitions shall apply.
