Laugh Until Your Face Hurts at Tecumseh Center for the Arts

There is nothing quite like sharing an evening filled with laughter. On Saturday, October 17, 2026 at 7:30 p.m., Tecumseh Center for the Arts kicks off its 2026–2027 National Touring Season with Comedy Night, featuring nationally acclaimed comedian John Heffron.

Known for his razor-sharp observations, quick wit, and refreshingly relatable storytelling, Heffron has spent more than three decades entertaining audiences across the country. Rather than relying on shock value or controversy, his comedy finds the humor in everyday life—from marriage and parenting to getting older, modern technology, and all the wonderfully awkward moments that connect us as human beings.

Audiences first came to know John Heffron after winning NBC's Last Comic Standing, launching a career that has included countless sold-out comedy clubs, theaters, television appearances, and streaming specials. His television credits include The Tonight Show, Chelsea Lately, The Late Late Show, The View, The Martin Short Show, Comedy Central, Netflix, and more. Today, Heffron continues to tour nationally while reaching millions through podcasts, digital media, and his acclaimed stand-up performances.

Comedy Night opens the TCA's exciting 2026–2027 National Touring Season with an evening designed simply to help audiences relax, unwind, and enjoy themselves.
