Special Services for the Hearing Impaired and Handicapped

TCA is entirely handicap accessible. Electric doors are located to the far left as you enter the front entrance of the building, and there are no stairs for your convenience. Wheelchair seating is available, and should be mentioned to staff at time of ticket purchase.

For the hearing impaired, the TCA offers Telex FM Sound Enhancement devices. These small devices are available free of charge. Patrons may reserve a device prior to performance or request one from the Box Office.

The Box Office manager is here to help with any other special requests.

Refunds/Exchanges

Exchanges or refunds on tickets are not available. All sales and reservations for tickets are final, and phone purchases are verified at the time sale.

Gift Certificates

TCA certificates make excellent gifts. Gift certificates are available in any denomination and can be used toward the purchase of tickets for any performance at Tecumseh Center for the Arts.

Photography/Recording

Photography, video, and tape recording of any kind are prohibited during performances. Furthermore, Tecumseh Center for the Arts discourages the use of flash photography during any show, as it may disrupt performers or audience members. Check with the Box Office manager prior to show for more information.

Late Seating/Emergency Calls

As a courtesy to the performers and the audience, latecomers will be seated at an appropriate break in the program. Latecomers may be asked to sit in the back rows of the auditorium until intermission, if seating will create a disturbance.

Persons expecting emergency calls are asked to inform the box office of their seat location. Persons carrying cell phones or other paging devices are asked to turn them off during the show or check them in at the box office. The Box Office manager will gladly monitor calls and notify you immediately if your call is received.
